Succubus Heat - Richelle Mead Four books in and Georgina and Seth finally get some, but I don't quite understand how she could have been so stupid. To cause Seth to have an affair and not think it would have any impact on him?

They get together when Jerome goes missing and all lesser immortals in Seattle loose their abilities. So, no shape shifting and no taking energy when doing the deed. How on earth could Seth pass that up. And although they spend a few days getting it on together it's Georgina who breaks it off this time, because she can't stand to hurt Maddie or Seth and wants them to have a chance at a future.

I was rather irritated by Dante in this book, to go from complete arse to being nice and attentive to his girlfriend (how she couldn't see his part in Jerome's disappearance is another mystery to me).

So where do we stand at the end? Seth and Maddie are engaged, Kayla is definately physic, there is no way for Georgina to get out of her deal and Seth has a stain on his soul from the affair.

But somehow, there has to be a way out of Georgina's contract - they've both made the comment that they seem to be repeating the same things over and over again - Seth has to be the reincarnation of her husband - he has to remember her.

Otherwise, there's always Roman!!
