There's bad and theres BAD. This was not good. It made me feel the same way as when I read [b:Martin Misunderstood|4899946|Martin Misunderstood|Karin Slaughter|http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51bCpoGk8JL._SL75_.jpg|3319509]. I didn't like any of the characters (apart from the kids). I can't get exited about a book where adultery is the topic of the day.
It was a very different direction from the normal James Patterson books (or co-authored books - whatever you want to call them). Kristen the photographer/nanny shagging the boss - hoping to step into his wifes shoes and become mother to his 2 kids (who love her of course). The evil wife (who it turns out is also shagging around) who doesn't care about anyone, including the kids. Kristen ends up seeing dead people, having the same recurring dream etc.
To cut the story short - Kristen's stuck in the cycle of eternal damnation, everyone ends up dead (apart from her and the kids).
It wasn't good.
